ATTENTION!

Now the INSTALL procedure installs the files and modules
into their default places if they are not found in the search list,
else replaces the found files/modules.

On update support NCS.ALIAS manually.
If You wish the NCS_ALIAS logical name table - insert the call to
NCS_ALIAS.COM into Your SYS$MANAGER:SYSTARTUP_VMS.COM
or into startup database.
